Therapist - Bryan Wisdom (He, Him), LMFT

Bryan works with couples and individual adults. Bryan helps with: communication, conflict, intimacy / passion / romance, expressing emotions and needs, boundaries, relationship agreements, forgiveness / reconciliation, trust & commitment, low sex/ no sex, compulsive sexuality, sex & porn addiction, all types of trauma, emotional abuse, guilt / shame, substance use problems, starting recovery, after an affair, pre-marital, and parenting transitions.

Bryan practices Culturally Sensitive therapy which means he appreciates and values different backgrounds, cultures, religions, and worldviews. He will respect and work to accommodate your values and beliefs. Bryan is a member of the American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy, the Integrative Sex Therapy Institute, the Institute for Sexual Wholeness, and the International Association of Trauma Professionals.

Bryan values investing in his marriage to his wife Jen (15+ years!), and his two kids. He enjoys coffee, reading, learning, gardening, hiking, camping, skiing, cooking, and games. He’s trying to be into exercise and golf. He roots for Notre Dame football and basketball.

Therapist - Samantha Strachan (She/Her), LMFT

Samantha provides a supportive and empathetic therapeutic environment for individuals navigating a range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, work/life stress, life transitions, and ADHD. With a specialized focus on trauma recovery. She offers a compassionate space for clients to heal from past experiences, including those stemming from complex or abusive relationships.

Samantha utilizes evidence-based practices, notably EMDR therapy, to facilitate the processing of past trauma and emotional pain, fostering resilience and promoting lasting change. Clients can expect to develop effective coping strategies for managing anxiety and depression, gain clarity and confidence during life transitions, and acquire practical tools for enhancing focus and organization in the context of ADHD.

In her spare time, Samantha loves making videos with her two golden retrievers!

Therapist/Owner - Karol Chubb (She/Her), LMFT

Karol is a therapist who specializes in trauma recovery, particularly physical, relationship, and religious trauma. She uses a trauma-informed approach and incorporates EMDR for survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault. A therapist who is passionate about creating safe spaces for clients to explore their vulnerabilities, grieve, and ultimately find strength and empowerment. She is affirming of all genders, sexualities, religious/spiritual beliefs, and neurodiversities.

At this time, she can see clients virtually and is passionate about working with relational repair within couples and families. For fun, she enjoys horseback riding, walking in the sunshine, and snuggling with cute animals... from dogs and cats to horses and cows!
